How it works

    Initial conversation

    30-minute call. We understand the goal, sport, injury history, weekly availability.

    Physical assessment

    First in-person session with a sport-specific test battery. Baseline is set.

  3. 03

    Plan and sessions

    Individual plan with weekly sessions. Continuous monitoring between sessions.

  4. 04

    Regular review

    Every 6 weeks we analyse progress and adjust goals and plan.

Occasional in-person sessions combined with remote follow-up between them.

  • Own studio in Azeitão (Setúbal) — private space with equipment dedicated to individual sessions.
